Salon etiquette
Clear expectations keep the good vibes going.
Consultations
Big changes, corrective color, extensions, and new color guests may begin with a consultation so your stylist can review your hair history, timing, investment, and best path forward.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged up to 100% before rebooking.
Late arrivals
If you are running behind, please call as soon as you can. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need an adjusted service or a new appointment time so every guest receives the care they booked.
Adjustments
If something feels off after your appointment, contact the salon within 7 days. Complimentary adjustments are intended to refine the original service discussed with your stylist.
Pricing & deposits
Pricing can vary by stylist, hair history, product use, and appointment length. Some specialty or corrective services may require a deposit applied toward your final total.
Home care
Your stylist can recommend professional products to help your cut, color, and style last at home. Unopened retail exchanges may be considered within 14 days with salon approval.
